Water Intake Needed

I need to add more water to my diet. I’m supposed to get 64 ounces and have been having trouble drinking that much even with water flavorings. I’m not sure why I’m having trouble because I enjoy water very much. I’ve noticed my urine is darker yellow, which is the reason I think I’m not getting enough water.

I plan to buy a 64 ounce jug of something, wash it out and use it at work to monitor my water intake. I feel dry when I wake in the mornings. Anyone else having this problem?

  1. I always keep my 48oz water bottle in front of me wherever I am, which happens to be in front of the computer most of the time. It has become second nature to reach for it randomly throughout the day, and I always end up finishing the bottle before dinner.     I get my other 16oz of fluids through my food and coffee, but if I’m still thirsty, I’ll refill it! I hope you find a solution 🙂
